How to use Facility Management

Here you have a short lesson on how to use our management software. It is really easy to use and extremely comfortable once you have all your documents and devices on it. In just 5 minutes, you will know how to use our program.

Main Page

This is the main page of the Facility Online Management application; here we can see on the left of the page a list of the buildings we have registered on this DEMO, in the center is the main calendar, where we can see all the duties and future things to do. On the right is a list of missing requirements.

We are going to start explaining from here, if you click on the gears at the top right side of the screen, you will see this list, let’s go with “Device type”.

Device Types

Here we have the device types, where we can create new ones or edit existing types; this one will be used to classify each device, which we will create further in the following explanations.

Here we can see all the properties you can fill for each type of device, at the right side we can see obligations related with the device and what devices have this type in it, in this case, “Portatil” is a device with the type “Portatil” in it.

Document Types

Let's follow with “Document Type”, the purpose of this is the same as “device type”, but with documents, we can create the type “bill” and later on we will create documents with this type, the color system is to differentiate each type easily.

Contacts

Let’s continue with “Contacts”, here you can see the list of the ones that are already added in this account.

Top Navigation Bar

Now we have ended with the options on the gears; let's continue with “Documents,” “Devices,” and “Requirements” that can be seen on the top navigation bar.

These are all the documents registered.

Moreover, these are the properties that documents have; when creating a new document, Facility will ask you what type of document it is.

Devices

These are the devices registered on the DEMO account.

And these are the properties of a new device; when creating a new device, Facility will ask you what type of device it is.

Requirements / Duties

Finally, we follow with “Requirements,” the ones with the state “Missing” are the ones that are not completed or satisfied, and the ones with the “Ok” state are the obligations that have been done successfully. At the right you can see three buttons, one to edit the data in each obligation, the middle one is to plan when and who is going to do this obligation, and the right button is to complete the obligation.

And finally, the button add is just a shortcut to create new documents, devices, obligations, contacts or companies.
